What's included in every package?

Every package includes a 20-ft inflatable screen, HD projector, Bluetooth surround sound, inflatable seating, food & drinks for your group, full setup, and teardown. You just show up with blankets.

How much space do I need in my yard?

You'll need at least a 25×25 ft open area for the screen and seating. We'll confirm your yard requirements when you book — just let us know your setup area and we'll make it work.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes. We arrive early so everything is ready before your guests show up. Teardown is handled by us after the event — usually about 30 minutes.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Des Moines and the surrounding areas including Ankeny, Waukee, Urbandale, Johnston, and more. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out and we'll let you know.

Question 5

Can we pick the movie or will there be selections?

Accepted Answer

You pick the movies! Depending on your package, you can choose one or two films — one classic (older) movie and one new release, your choice. We only offer curated selections around Halloween time. If your package includes 2 movies, both movies combined must be within 3.5 hours total runtime.

What time do movies start?

If you have a two-movie package, your first movie starts at 8:30 PM sharp, followed directly by the second. No movie will exceed 120 minutes.

What if we only want one movie?

Accepted Answer

No problem — the Classic Night package is built for one movie. If you have a two-movie package and only want one, just let us know at booking.

Question 8

Do I need to pay today when I submit my request?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit is due at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full 24 hours before your event (by 5pm).

Question 9

What if I need to cancel for reasons other than weather?

Accepted Answer

Weather is the only accepted reason for rescheduling. For all other cancellations: if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your event is not within 96 hours, you will receive 25% of your deposit back. All other cancellations will forfeit the deposit in full — no exceptions.

What if it rains?

We understand we do not control the weather, but we WILL try to reschedule your date within 30 days of your initial event date at no extra charge.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially on weekends. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability.

What's the difference between the packages?

Accepted Answer

The Starlight Basic ($225) is for up to 6 guests with 1 movie. The Moonlight Classic ($425) fits up to 12 guests with 2 movies and a candy snack. The Galaxy Experience ($595) is for up to 24 guests with large snacks, 2 movies, and priority booking.

Can I add more guests beyond my package limit?

Yes! You can add as many extra guests as you need directly on the booking page for $35 per person.

What add-ons are available?

Yes! You can add extra guests for $35 per person or a PS5 & Games rental for $50/hr. Add-ons are selected during the booking process.
